What materials do you use?
All EQUØRA pieces are made from premium 316L stainless steel, also known as surgical-grade steel.
It is:
- Water-safe and tarnish-resistant
- Hypoallergenic and nickel-safe
- RoHS and REACH certified
- Independently tested for durability and authenticity
Will the jewellery tarnish or fade?
No. Our 316L stainless steel is resistant to rust, tarnish, and discoloration even with daily wear. It’s made to move with you through work, workouts, surf, and everything in between.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. EQUØRA jewellery is hypoallergenic, nickel-safe, and certified to meet strict EU skin-contact safety standards. It’s ideal for sensitive skin and daily use.
Where is your jewellery made?
Our pieces are crafted in collaboration with ethically verified manufacturing partners, selected for their commitment to:

How do I care for my jewellery?
Our jewellery is low-maintenance, but some care goes a long way:
- Rinse with lukewarm water and mild soap after pool or sea exposure
- Dry thoroughly and store in your cotton pouch or box
- Wipe occasionally with a soft cloth

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across the UK only, but we’re working on international shipping soon. If you’re outside the UK and interested, feel free to message us!
How long does shipping take?
- In-stock items: shipped within 1-5 working days. During busy periods, please allow up to 7 working days for processing.
- Pre-orders: Ship in 4–5 weeks, made intentionally in small, limited batches
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery, if your item is:
- Unworn and unused
- Returned in original packaging
Exceptions:
Earrings and custom/pre-order items are non-returnable and non-cancellable, as clearly stated on our product pages. This is in accordance with UK Consumer Law.
How do I request a return or refund?
Email us at hello@equora.co.uk with your order number and reason. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval.
What if my item is faulty?
We offer a 30-day quality guarantee.
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault under normal wear:
- Email us with your order number
- Attach a clear photo and short description of the issue
We’ll replace or refund the item, no fuss.
Is EQUØRA sustainable?
Yes. We take sustainability seriously by:
- Producing in small batches to reduce waste
- Using certified materials and ethical manufacturing
- Packing orders in recyclable, plastic-free materials
